* I grant Fnoon Asia Club management permission to photograph/film my son/daughter (photo & video) during training sessions for use in media coverage, social media posts, player motivation, club advertisements (internal and external), and club brochures, without any future claims of copyright or intellectual property rights.
Monthly Subscription Policy
No refunds under any circumstances
* Monthly subscriptions cannot be suspended under any circumstances. The club will not compensate for missed sessions due to member absence.
* Suspension for legitimate excuse only, for one week, after submitting the suspension form.
* The subscription starts from the registration and payment date. No refunds or postponements allowed under any circumstances.

* One-month subscription:
Monthly subscription cannot be suspended under any circumstances. The member has no right to claim compensation for any missed session.
Dear Member, to suspend your subscription properly, follow these steps:
- Visit the link and fill out the suspension form with your details.
- You will receive a WhatsApp message within 24 hours confirming the suspension was processed.

* 3-Month Subscription:
* Each suspension valid for 90 days from start date.
* 6-Month Subscription:
* Each suspension valid for 90 days from start date.
* 12-Month Subscription:
* Each suspension valid for 90 days from start date.
2 suspensions allowed. (1st - 2nd).
* Each suspension valid for 90 days from start date.
Same applies to the 2nd suspension.
* 6-Month Subscription:
3 suspensions allowed. (1st - 2nd - 3rd).
* Each suspension valid for 90 days from start date.
Same applies to 2nd and 3rd suspensions.
* 12-Month Subscription:
4 suspensions allowed. (1st - 2nd - 3rd - 4th).
* Each suspension valid for 90 days from start date.
Same applies to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th suspensions.
Club General Rules
* Consent required for members under 12 years of age.
* Members must maintain and preserve club facilities.
* Members must adhere to Islamic ethics and manners.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the club.
* Membership is non-transferable and fees are non-refundable.
* The management reserves the right to cancel membership for conduct violating Islamic ethics.
* I, the guardian, confirm that my son/daughter has no medical conditions (God forbid), is not a special needs individual, and does not have ADHD or hyperactivity disorder.
* Membership begins from the date of payment.
* Club working hours: 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, except Fridays.
* Membership is non-transferable and fees are non-refundable.
* The management is not responsible for any lost belongings.
* The club management bears no responsibility for any accident resulting in injury or death (God forbid).
* Subscription validity ends on the membership expiry date with no right to claim time or financial compensation.

I acknowledge that the participant is in good health and does not suffer from asthma, hyperactivity, or any other medical condition that may affect their participation in the activities. I also confirm that all the information provided is accurate, accept full responsibility for its accuracy, and release the club from any liability for consequences or damages resulting from inaccurate information or the failure to disclose any medical condition.
I have filled out the membership contract electronically with accurate member information. The club management reserves the right to cancel the application if the registered data is found to be incorrect.
